Terms of use
The rules for using the kxestate.md website and the KX Estate service. By registering in the service you accept these terms.

1. About the service
KX Estate is a software service (SaaS) for commercial real-estate management: properties, contracts, payments, maintenance, analytics. The service is provided by KERNEXIT S.R.L. (IDNO 1026023040248, str. Ștefan Neaga 20, of. 4, MD-2008, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova), hereinafter "we". Contact: estate@kernex.md, +373 68 508 886.
System requirements. The service runs in the browser, no installation needed: Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge in the current or previous version, JavaScript enabled and an internet connection. For on-premise installation (Business plan) the requirements for the customer's infrastructure are set in the contract.
2. Account and organisation
An account is required to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data and for keeping your password safe. An account belongs to an organisation; permissions within the organisation are set by its owner through roles. The service may be used by persons aged 18 or over.
3. Subscription and payment
The subscription is paid in advance, monthly or yearly, per organisation. Plans are published on the pricing page in euros for comparison. The card is charged in Moldovan lei (MDL) at the official rate of the National Bank of Moldova on the invoice date; the exact amount in lei is shown in the panel before payment. For customers with an individual price the amount is the one in the contract. We notify existing customers of price changes at least 30 days in advance; periods already paid keep the old price. Trial or demo access may be limited in features and duration.
4. Placing an order and payment options
An order is placed from the cp.kxestate.md panel, Settings → Subscription, by the organisation's owner or administrator: choose the plan (Start, Pro or Business) and the period (month or year), check the amount in lei and tick the box accepting these Terms and the Privacy policy — without it the online payment cannot be started. The Enterprise plan is contracted individually.
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard) — online, through the maib e-Commerce service of BC "Maib" S.A. You are redirected to the bank's secure page where you enter the card details; the transaction is protected by 3-D Secure. Card details never reach KERNEXIT: we receive only the payment confirmation, the amount and a transaction identifier. Payments are processed in MDL; if the card currency differs, the conversion is made at the issuing bank's rate.
- Bank transfer — against an invoice issued on request (estate@kernex.md). Beneficiary: KERNEXIT S.R.L., IDNO 1026023040248, BC "MAIB" S.A., IBAN MD72AG000000022517580062, SWIFT AGRNMD2X. The payment purpose must state "KX Estate", the organisation name, the plan and the period — otherwise we cannot match the transfer. Transfer fees are borne by the payer.
Once a card payment is confirmed you receive an e-mail with the order number, the merchant (KERNEXIT S.R.L.), the website (kxestate.md), the amount, currency, date and description (plan and period), and the return page in the panel shows the order number, amount and date. The payment history stays available in the panel.
5. Delivery terms
The service is digital: there is no physical delivery and the delivery cost is zero. Access to the paid plan is activated in the panel automatically right after the card payment is confirmed (usually within seconds), and for bank transfers on the day the transfer is received. The subscription period runs from the activation date.
6. Refund policy
Because the service is digital and activates immediately, refunds apply as follows:
- payments made in error (duplicate or wrong amount) are refunded in full;
- a paid subscription is refunded in full on request within 14 days of payment if the paid features have not been used in that period; after that, or after use, refunds are considered case by case;
- refunds are made only to the card or bank account the payment came from, within 10 working days of approving the request; the crediting time depends on the issuing bank.
Send refund requests to estate@kernex.md with the order number and the reason; we reply within 3 working days.
7. Organisation data and personal data
The data your organisation enters into the service (contacts, contracts, payments, documents) belongs to your organisation. We process it on the organisation's behalf under a data processing agreement (DPA) available in the organisation's settings and in accordance with the Privacy policy. You warrant that you have a lawful basis to enter third parties' personal data (e.g. tenants') into the service.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful activities, attempt to access other organisations' data, disrupt the service, or share access with third parties outside the role mechanism. We may suspend access for violations of these terms, giving notice where reasonably possible.
9. Intellectual property
The source code, interface, trademarks and website materials belong to KERNEXIT SRL. A subscription grants the right to use the service and transfers no rights in it.
10. Availability and support
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running and take regular backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation (maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures). Support: estate@kernex.md.
11. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by your organisation in the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or decisions made based on the service's analytics.
12. Term and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. After the subscription ends we will, on request, provide an export of the organisation's data, after which the data is deleted or anonymised in accordance with the Privacy policy.
13. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by e-mail or in the service interface at least 14 days in advance. Governing law — the law of the Republic of Moldova; disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Chișinău unless the parties agree otherwise.
