What is KX Estate?

Why is it better than Excel and an accountant?
Excel works while you have only a few properties. Is it hard to implement?
No. During onboarding we migrate your properties and contracts from Excel or 1C, set up taxes and reminders and train your team. You see the first portfolio picture — yield and overdue items — on launch day.
Is my data safe?
Each company's data is isolated (Postgres RLS), with role-based access. An on-prem / self-host option is available if you need to keep data on your own servers. The bank connects via secure Open Banking (PSD2) — we never store your banking passwords.
What if I have both lease and sublease?
KX manages lease, sublease and utilities in one place, with separate accounting for each contract and legal entity. This is exactly the case where Excel gets tangled and a system does not.
Does KX Estate support Moldovan details and taxes?
Yes. KX is localized for Moldova: IDNO/CUI for legal entities, Moldovan taxes and deadlines (7% income tax on rent, real-estate tax, land tax), multi-currency EUR/MDL/USD/RON with National Bank rates, interface in Russian and Romanian.
Can I connect a bank for automatic payment reconciliation?
Yes. Through Open Banking (PSD2) KX reconciles incoming bank transfers with contracts automatically: an incoming payment finds the right contract itself and closes it. Less manual reconciliation and fewer lost payments.
What does "early access" mean?
